SALES AND ROYALTY

PROCESS OF SALE OF GOODS WITH AUTHOR'S DESIGN

The sales and settlement process is as follows:
   - The buyer orders and pays Wall 31 the cost of goods with the printing of author's images.
   - Wall 31 confirms receipt of the order from the client and prints the author's design.
   - Wall 31 delivers the goods to the client.
   - The client confirms receipt of the goods without damage and claims.
   - Within 7 days, the client has the right to apply for a return or replacement of the product. After 7 days, the client has no right to return the purchased goods.
   - Within 15 days after the end of the month, Wall 31 transfers the royalty to the author for the use of the image on the product for the previous month. Payment to authors is made to the payment details specified by the author during registration.

AMOUNT OF ROYTALIES

For the use of author's images, Wall 31 pays Authors a royalties in the amount of 20% GROSS of the sale price of the corresponding product.

In case of payment of Royalties to Ukrainian authors, Wall 31 is obliged to pay the following taxes for the Author:
- Personal income tax - 18%
- Military levy - 1.5%

The author receives funds to his account minus taxes.

Example: The author created a t-shirt with his design for sale. Wall 31 sold a T-shirt for UAH 450. and credited the Author with 20% Royalty in the amount of UAH 90. During the payment of royalties, Wall 31 paid UAH 16.2 for the Author. Personal income tax and military duty in the amount of UAH 1.35. UAH 72.45 will be transferred to the Author's account.

In the case of payment of royalties to foreign Authors, Wall 31 pays the total amount of Royalties and the Author pays local taxes and fees on his own.

CURRENCY OF PAYMENTS

Payment of the commission to the Ukrainian Author is made in hryvnias. Payment of the commission to foreign authors is in USD.
